The Utah Idaho Southern Baptist Convention is a ministry network comprised of more than 150 cooperating Southern Baptist churches in 10 associations working jointly for the Lord in the states of Utah and Idaho, a territory stretching from the Canadian to the Arizona borders.  Our calling is to minister and serve these churches and associations as we band together to share Jesus, start churches, and strengthen ministries. The Intermountain West is a spiritual frontier, an exciting and emerging place to serve God and the people of God.

The Utah Idaho Southern Baptist Convention is all about reaching people for Christ. Both states continue to experience very rapid growth and we need those who feel a call to serving the Lord in the West to come help us. Our prayer is that we can be effective in the continued starting of new churches. We need people of prayer to pray God sends us church planters and church plant sponsors to start new churches. The context of our area will call for dedicated individuals who feel a calling of God to be here.
